🐋 Why do you want to save money on taxes? Not just “to save money” — but what does that money actually mean for your life?
For us, it means building something bigger than just income. It means putting money away for our kids’ future, creating real financial freedom, and stepping out of the constant pressure and burnout that comes with demanding careers. It means getting our time back — being present, not just busy.
🐙 Where are you right now in your journey?
We’re at the beginning stages — but moving with intention. We have one LTR in the works and another on the way. My husband brings experience with flips and long-term rentals, so we’re building on that foundation and scaling strategically.
🏖️ What’s your #1 challenge right now — your “big domino”?
Right now, everything hinges on two things:
- Making sure we qualify for REPS status this year
- Finding the right property that works as an STR
If we get those pieces right, everything else starts to fall into place.
