Bank & "The Offer Sheet" advice

Hi everyone😊 I have 2 quick questions. First, wondering if anyone has a recommendation on the best bank to use once you've set up your LLC for your first rental property? Or any to avoid? As I plan to have separate LLC's/bank accounts for each property, I would like to make the right choice the first time around😉 Second, any insight on "The Offer Sheet"?
