Always learning with Ryan

Been using Ryan and his team for a few years and I always feel like I am learning something. I want to to start getting more proactive with Short Term Rentals and purchase another one, since my kids are becoming more independent of me. So far we have one short term rental and one mid term rental and my husband who has a W2 is starting to get into mentoring people . He has mentored 3 couples this year teaching them how to get on their own. We also manage 2 other mid term rentals for couples who just want to collect the cash. Its been a fun hobby for us.
