Tax Bullies, we’re stepping the game up! I’m officially rolling out the Team Lead Program so you can build income AND leadership at the same time. Here’s how it works:
👉 Team Leads (PTIN Holders)
- Keep 100% of your own prep fees 💯
- Earn 10% override on every return your recruited PTINs complete
👉 Recruited PTINs
- Operate on an 80/20 split
- Keep 80% of every tax return
- 10% goes to their Team Lead (for mentorship + support)
- 10% goes to the ERO (for compliance + backend support)
💡 Example:
If your team member does a $500 return →
- They keep $400
- You earn $50 (as their Team Lead)
- ERO earns $50
🔥 This structure means:
