Canva + ChatGPT Bulk Flyers
Step 1 – Get Text from ChatGPT
- Ask ChatGPT: “Give me 30 flyer tips/captions with a call to action.”
- Copy the list into a CSV (Excel/Google Sheets) with columns: Headline, Text, CTA.
Step 2 – Set Up Flyer in Canva
- Go to Canva → search “Flyer.”
- Pick one template → add your brand colors/logo.
- Save it as your Master Flyer.
Step 3 – Use Bulk Create in Canva
- Open your Master Flyer.
- Left menu → Apps → Bulk Create.
- Upload your CSV (or paste the text list).
Step 4 – Connect Text to Design
- Click on the text boxes in your flyer (headline, body, CTA).
- Choose “Connect data.”
- Match each text box with the right column from your CSV.
Step 5 – Generate Flyers
- Click Continue → Generate.
- Canva makes a flyer for each line of your CSV.
Step 6 – Download Flyers
- Select all flyers.
- Click Download → PNG (for social) or PDF (for print).
- Done! You have a full set of flyers ready.
