Today is about feeling instead of thinking.
Take 5 minutes for yourself.
Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly. Now slow your breath down slightly.Inhale…
feel your chest expand.Exhale…
feel your body soften.
After a few breaths, bring your full attention to your hands.
Don’t imagine. Don’t analyze. Just feel.
The warmth of your hand. The movement of your breath. The subtle sensations in your body.
Stay with this for 5 minutes.
At the end, ask yourself one simple question:
“Did I actually feel my body… or was I still in my head?”
That awareness itself is the beginning of Tantra.
