Most of us inherit more than just our family name. We inherit the way love was shown. The way conflict was handled. The things that were never spoken about. The patterns that kept repeating. And sometimes, without realising it, we carry those same patterns into our relationships and our own families. But it can stop with you. You can learn to communicate differently. Love differently. Respond instead of react. Create the safety you may not have experienced before. You do not have to repeat everything you were taught. Sometimes healing yourself is also healing what comes after you.
