Daily movement practice

The cloud hands videos are great for daily practice, both for the inclusive movement and the progression in steps to get the details worked in so you can flow.
The Bamen neigong video ( https://www.skool.com/tai-chi-3822/where-to-start8-energiesof-tai-chi?p=58ef7809 ) is also great for following along once you have the feeling of each "energy" or "jin" and can allow the attention to lead the movement.
Another approach to simplifying and letting the sensation lead is this sort of follow-along demonstrated in the second video below. Feel free to watch from the beginning. That timestamp is for following along later without the intro. Hope this helps~
