Switching newsletter

Im currently with active campaign and would like to be out before renewal in Jan.

I purchase mailgun as that seemed easiest. Does that plus ghl completely remove need for a standalone newsletter provider? A coach had recommended one that has unlimited contacts if purchased before November. Can th is act as a newsletter and the behind the scenes for emails sent out with GHL?
