Closing a Startup Deal & Need Advice + Support From the Community

I hope you’re all doing well.

I’m currently in the middle of closing a deal with a new startup client for building their web app + MVP.It’s a pretty exciting opportunity — the idea is solid, and we’re handling the full product design, AI workflows, and system architecture.

Let me introduce our small team:

• Shiva — Product Architect (me)I’m leading the system design, user flows, and full MVP structure.

• Aman — Technical Lead (Automation & Integrations)He handles backend logic, AI flows, and automation modules.

• Krishna — Frontend & UI/UXResponsible for clean, modern interfaces and the user experience.

We’re confident we can deliver the core MVP, but the project also needs extra development support — especially for:

frontend polishing
backend/API setup
general engineering help during crunch moments

If someone here is a professional developer, or even just experienced with early-stage MVPs, I’d really appreciate your guidance, suggestions, or even a bit of collaboration.

I’ll be honest — we’re not a big agency yet, so my budget isn’t huge at this stage.But the project is real, the deal is real, and any help, mentorship, or support from this community would mean a lot.
