Any advice?

I’m planning to start reaching out to potential clients soon, and I’m curious:

What are some examples of the simplest in-demand automation processes that small businesses are currently requesting that a beginner can do on their own?

I want to start experimenting/making my own builds with Make.com, and this will help when first contacting companies, as I would be doing it for free in exchange for testimonials.
