In life, we get seasons where everything flows — the right people show up, things align, and results feel effortless.And then… we hit the universal washing machine.Where shadows rise. Delays hit. Nothing seems to move.That’s when expansion is actually happening — from the inside out.
The last few weeks were exactly that for me.Despite the opportunities around me, it felt like life slowed to a crawl. I got mildly sick (rare for me), and waves of old trauma, fears, and suppressed emotions surfaced hard.So I went inward.And I flew to Boulder, where I always feel grounded.That night — wide awake at 2:17am (my birthday 😄) — I got hit with a flood of clarity…
I had to finally face the deep, unspoken pain I’ve been carrying since childhood.The overcompensating. The fear of losing.The boundary I needed to set with my mother.The words I hadn’t spoken out loud.And most of all — the weight I didn’t need to carry anymore.
And when I released it…When I actually allowed myself to feel it all — not fix it, just feel —I felt FREE.
So if you’re in the thick of it —Please remember:🌀 You’re not being punished. You’re being upgraded.🧬 You have the power to heal — but only you can choose to slow down and listen.🌿 In silence, your soul speaks.You are loved. You are supported. And you’re never, ever alone on this path.
