2026 arborfest expo

Starting or running a tree service isn't just about knowing how to do the actual work or having some of the tools to do the job. Yes, you need both of those but You also need the blueprint behind the business. Is your business set up for success? There is a saying "Do everything the way you do everything". I love this saying. It means to not take shortcuts or undervalue parts of the process. In running or starting your tree business you need to make every part of your business equally important as every part of your business. This right here is how you will thrive. Welcome to Synertree. In this industry, we have two priorities that stand above the rest: Safety and YOU. To honor both, you need more than just gear—you need Synertree. We are here to help you learn and grow in this industry. One of the main reasons there are so many accidents in this industry is due to the lack of training! This is all a team effort. We all need to be more accountable. The owner points the finger at the worker and says he doesnt know what he is doing. The employee points the finger at the owner and says he gave me no training. We both need to be accountable for our growth and safety.
