I want you to check in with something today:
From which INNER STATE are you making your decisions?
We all move through different states.
Sometimes we feel on top of the world - clear, certain, connected to our vision ✨
And then there are moments where self-doubt kicks in, old hustle patterns come up, or stress creeps in.
That’s normal.
I go through this too. 😅 The difference is that I’ve learned to not fully identify with those states anymore. I can see them, feel them… but I know: this is happening, this is not me.
And here’s where most people go wrong:
They make decisions from those states. 🤦🏼♀️
They feel doubt - and then they act from doubt.
They feel stress - and then they make rushed decisions from stress.
But you don’t have to do that.
You can be in a state of self-doubt and simply let it pass. You don’t have to decide anything from that place.
This is how I lead myself now, in business and in life. When something triggers me, I don’t immediately act. I feel it, I process it, I let it move through.
And then I make decisions from a state of calm, clarity, and groundedness.
And yes, sometimes you will still act from a state that doesn’t feel great. That’s okay too. No judgment. No “I did something wrong.” It’s just part of the process. 😅
But the real shift is this:
👉 Start becoming aware of the state you’re in before you make a decision.
👉 And if it’s not a state you trust - pause.
