🌿 Spring Equinox at St Nectan’s Glen 🌿
Today I spent time at St Nectan’s Glen, marking the Spring Equinox — a powerful shift in both nature and within ourselves 🌸 The Equinox (around 20th March) is the moment when day and night are equal, light and dark held in perfect balance. It’s one of only two times a year this happens, and from this point forward, the light begins to gently take over. In many traditions, this is seen as the true energetic new year — not January, but now… when the earth begins to wake. And you can feel that shift. Walking through the woodland, hearing the water, feeling the stillness — it was like stepping right into that moment of transition. Not rushed, not forced… just quietly changing. 🌿 What the Spring Equinox represents: • Balance between light and dark, inner and outer worlds• A shift from winter reflection into spring growth• A natural reset point — energetically and emotionally• The beginning of new cycles, new intentions, new possibilities After winter — which often asks us to slow down, go inward, and process — the Equinox gently invites us forward again. But not with pressure. With alignment first. Standing by the waterfall, there was such a strong sense of release.Water carries, clears, and softens… and it felt like a reminder that we don’t need to carry everything into this new season. ✨ you can let go of what feels heavy✨ you can begin again, slowly✨ you can move forward in your own time 🌸 A gentle Equinox check-in: Where in your life feels out of balance right now? What are you ready to leave behind from winter? And what feels ready to grow — even just a little? This is exactly the kind of work we’re doing inside the Sweet Pea community and courses — not surface-level, but gently understanding the deeper layers of your emotions, energy, and life patterns. Because real change doesn’t come from pushing harder…it comes from understanding yourself more deeply and moving in alignment with your natural cycles. Inside the classroom, we’re exploring things like: 🌙 emotional patterns and healing🌿 chakra and energy awareness💫 working with cycles — moon, seasons, and self✨ building a life that actually feels aligned, not forced

🌿 Tintagel, King Arthur & That Feeling You Can’t Quite Explain
I’ve been thinking a lot about Tintagel lately… and I don’t think it’s just about the history. Yes, it’s known as the home of King Arthur.Yes, there’s Merlin’s Cave, the castle ruins, the stories. But if you’ve ever been there, you’ll know… it’s more than that. There’s a feeling when you stand on those cliffs. The wind, the sea, the space — it does something to you. It’s like everything slows down for a moment. For me, it felt like a place of reflection and identity. Not in a big overwhelming way…but in a quiet, almost gentle way. Like asking:Who am I becoming? What am I moving through? What actually matters right now? And I think that’s why places like this stay with us. Not because of what we see…but because of what we feel while we’re there. The story of King Arthur is all about becoming — stepping into who you are, often through challenge and uncertainty. And I think, in our own way, we’re all doing that too. ✨ growing✨ shifting✨ figuring things out as we go This is the kind of deeper work we explore inside the Sweet Pea space as well — not just surface-level “healing”, but understanding yourself on a much deeper level. If you’ve ever felt drawn to places like Tintagel, there’s usually a reason. You can explore more in the classroom tab or through the website — but no pressure, just follow what feels right for you. I’d love to know…Have you been to Tintagel?Or is it somewhere that’s calling you? 💛 — Claire x

💡 Tuesday Tip - From Which State Are You Making Decisions?
I want you to check in with something today: From which INNER STATE are you making your decisions? We all move through different states. Sometimes we feel on top of the world - clear, certain, connected to our vision ✨ And then there are moments where self-doubt kicks in, old hustle patterns come up, or stress creeps in. That’s normal. I go through this too. 😅 The difference is that I’ve learned to not fully identify with those states anymore. I can see them, feel them… but I know: this is happening, this is not me. And here’s where most people go wrong: They make decisions from those states. 🤦🏼‍♀️ They feel doubt - and then they act from doubt. They feel stress - and then they make rushed decisions from stress. But you don’t have to do that. You can be in a state of self-doubt and simply let it pass. You don’t have to decide anything from that place. This is how I lead myself now, in business and in life. When something triggers me, I don’t immediately act. I feel it, I process it, I let it move through. And then I make decisions from a state of calm, clarity, and groundedness. And yes, sometimes you will still act from a state that doesn’t feel great. That’s okay too. No judgment. No “I did something wrong.” It’s just part of the process. 😅 But the real shift is this: 👉 Start becoming aware of the state you’re in before you make a decision. 👉 And if it’s not a state you trust - pause. This is something we will be looking at next week!
