I’ve been thinking a lot about Tintagel lately… and I don’t think it’s just about the history.
Yes, it’s known as the home of King Arthur.Yes, there’s Merlin’s Cave, the castle ruins, the stories.
But if you’ve ever been there, you’ll know… it’s more than that.
There’s a feeling when you stand on those cliffs. The wind, the sea, the space — it does something to you.
It’s like everything slows down for a moment.
For me, it felt like a place of reflection and identity.
Not in a big overwhelming way…but in a quiet, almost gentle way.
Like asking:Who am I becoming? What am I moving through? What actually matters right now?
And I think that’s why places like this stay with us.
Not because of what we see…but because of what we feel while we’re there.
The story of King Arthur is all about becoming — stepping into who you are, often through challenge and uncertainty.
And I think, in our own way, we’re all doing that too.
✨ growing✨ shifting✨ figuring things out as we go
This is the kind of deeper work we explore inside the Sweet Pea space as well — not just surface-level “healing”, but understanding yourself on a much deeper level.
If you’ve ever felt drawn to places like Tintagel, there’s usually a reason.
You can explore more in the classroom tab or through the website — but no pressure, just follow what feels right for you.
I’d love to know…Have you been to Tintagel?Or is it somewhere that’s calling you? 💛
