Below is Tabria's bio and what she will be bringing to the Sweat & Swagger Family. Tabria Sims is a professional dance educator, choreographer, and entrepreneur. She is the creator of SoChauntay Dance Company and the founder of Chauntay Dance University. Tabria teaches heels choreography through her OWN IT series of classes, designed to help dancers build confidence, control, and presence while learning full choreography. Each class begins with foundational work on posture, balance, and musical awareness, then progresses into choreography taught with clarity and intention. The focus is on dancers feeling grounded, polished, and empowered every time they step into heels. Her philosophy is simple: My life. My power. My decisions. She creates classes that give dancers the tools to move with confidence, take ownership of their choices, and enjoy the process of learning choreography from the ground up.
