Grieflitch (n.)
The mental crash triggered by too much reality… all at once.
Usage:
“Yeah… I wasn’t overwhelmed.
I just hit a full Grieflitch.”
Translation:
Grief doesn’t always show up as sadness.
Sometimes it crashes your system
mid-thought…
mid-conversation…
mid-day.
Like your brain just… can’t compute anymore.
Reset:
You don’t fix it.
You don’t push through it.
You let the system reboot.
Some days it’s not burnout.
It’s Grieflitch.
