Be Bodywise Shilajit Review
Be Bodywise offer a few different shilajit products, with the most popular being their gummies, and whilst I’ll say that the Be Bodywise shilajit resin is “fine”, their gummies leave a lot to be desired. And to be perfectly honest I wouldn’t really recommend the resin either, it’s one of the lower quality poorer tasting resins on the market.
Now, I recently picked up the Be Bodywise shilajit gummies and noticed a lot of similarity to Better Alt’s option. At first glance, it looked like a great idea, but after digging into the details, I noticed a few red flags, especially around the “10:1” extract label and the doses of other ingredients. Ratio extracts aren’t always bad, but when you’re looking for something like shilajit it’s used to imply you’re getting a 10 times stronger dose by extracting the fulvic acid in a more concentrated manner, but when the fulvic acid of the competitors means it’s usually 75% of the net weight the math becomes immediately impossible. After all something can’t be 750% of it’s net weight. Therefore, BeBodywise are off to a bad start.
Basically they’re not worth the $30 price tag, find the $10 more and go get Nootrum, the orange flavor is better, and the dosages are correct. Or even something else from my breakdown of the best shilajit supplements over here.
Shilajit Quality (10:1 Extract Claim)
First off, the "10:1" extract claim here is pretty misleading. When I see something like this, I expect a product that's standardized for fulvic acid—ideally 50-85%—because that’s where the real benefits of shilajit come from. But this product doesn’t mention any fulvic acid content at all, so I’m left wondering how potent it actually is. The "10:1" just means they used ten times as much raw material to make the extract; it doesn’t guarantee any specific level of bioactive compounds, which makes this seem more like a marketing gimmick than a meaningful quality claim.
Other Ingredients and Potency
Then Be Bodywise Shilajit have a load of pointless ingredients: Ashwagandha, Ginger, Black Musli, Gokshura, Mucuna, Ginseng, and Akarkara. While these are all great herbs on paper, the doses here are so tiny that they’re unlikely to have any real effect. Most of these need much higher doses to provide actual benefits, and with the amounts shown, I’d guess they’re there mostly for label appeal. It feels like they’re just sprinkled in rather than being included for their actual therapeutic value.
Flavor and Price
I will say, the tamarind flavor is a nice enough. But, at $30, I don’t think the taste alone justifies the price when the actual effectiveness of the ingredients is so questionable.
Be Bodywise Shilajit Review: Final Thoughts and Recommendation
If you’re serious about getting the benefits of shilajit, I’d recommend spending an extra $10 and going for Nootrum’s shilajit instead. Nootrum uses a higher-purity shilajit at a better dose, plus it’s specifically designed to account for the micro-compounds that can get damaged when shilajit is made into a gummy. It’s a more reliable option for anyone looking for the real benefits of shilajit. Or if you really want to get something from Amazon, Better Alt would be a better choice.
