So the doc told you you have fatty liver now what?
I’ve been in the same boat in 2023/4 I can literally tell you what to do.
I didn’t have any help at all. No one cares. The doctors didn’t care. I had to figure it all out by myself, and I actually reversed it by myself and they were even shocked.
