It can be useful. It can be weird. It can be just for you. You do not need a business plan to have an idea worth exploring.

Start with the linked Wispr Flow course so you can speak your ideas instead of typing every thought. Typing is welcome too.
🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL PRACTICE
1. Give AI useful context about your idea and your taste.
2. Save a reference so it has less to guess about.
3. Say what you mean and correct what doesn't fit.
4. Build a reusable research-and-drafting routine for your interests.
5. Finish one small piece of work that feels like yours.
About five focused hours, over five days or at your own pace. The five days are a starting point, not a deadline to change your whole life.

Keep private information private. Share a finished piece or a sanitized takeaway—not passwords, raw personal profiles or other people's confidential details. AI can be wrong; you stay in charge. Read the healthy-use guidance in the orientation.
