REMOVE SUGAR FROM YOUR BLOOD VESSELS
Recipe for drink:
2 cups of water in a saucepan
Add 2 tablespoons of dried or fresh Rosemary
A piece of turmeric (haven't seen this in SoutAfrica, so I would say a teaspoon)
2 Pieces of cinnamon
Boil for 9 minutes drain and voila there is your drink
ROSEMARY = increases insulin and decrease glucose
TURMERIC = improves insulin sensitivity and reduces high blood pressure
CINNAMON = improves blood sugar regulation
These 3 ingredients together contain ANTI OXIDANTS associated with improvement in the IMMUNE SYSTEM the one that's protecting against external organisms. Frequent consumption maintain good blood circulation.
