Hi Community! I want Calm and am feeling Chaos. We are now five days away from Christmas and I had a bit of a meltdown this morning. Feeling overwhelmed, tired, scrambling for time, short on patience... I then asked Archangel Michael not only for his shield of energy protection, but asked for the full works of body armor. Protect and shield from lower energies and remove the frustration and anger. I then did a 5 minute reset of Reiki, one hand on belly and the other on my heart, and worked to slow my breath.
