We are growing again with our newest member

an amazing Trans advocate working on building a safe and productive community in the Transgender Space. He reminds me that I also want to share with you my friend's TedX Talk he did on "Sex = Gender = Sexuality," back in 2013. It is really what was able to flip my own switch to understanding our community better. Scott was the first transgender man to have a recurring role on a daytime soap opera, (The Bold and The Beatiful). Tuesday Tools for Growth: Podcasts for Business Here’s why both hosting and guesting on podcasts are powerful tools to grow your business or service:- The Power of Being a Podcast Guest. When you’re a guest, you borrow trust instantly. You’re stepping into an audience that’s already warmed up. Why it works: You position yourself as an expert without pitching. You reach new, aligned audiences fast. You build credibility through conversation, not ads. You create reusable content (clips, quotes, reels)You form real relationships with hosts and communities. It's really a low lift, high visibility, and big authority energy to bring to your business or service.- The Advantage of Hosting Your Own Podcast: When you host, you control the narrative, and the ecosystem around your brand. Why it works: You become the connector in your industry. Your brand grows through consistency and familiarity. Every episode builds long-term trust and discoverability. Guests often turn into collaborators, clients, or referrals. Your podcast becomes a lead generator, not just a show. By the way, the real growth happens when you do both: You host to build your platform , Guest to expand your reach, and repurpose everything

Visibility Boost Wednesday: We share a pic of someone important in your life and/or business. Let us know how they keep you motivated. Then in OUR community, finish it off with, "I would LOVE if someone in the Syndicate could refer a ________, suggest a __________, or maybe give me some advice on _________." Let's literally share the love this week friends

Thursday Growth Lab: Most LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs don’t have a revenue problem. They have a clarity problem. If your income disappeared tomorrow, could you clearly name: Your highest-margin offer? Your most aligned long-term offer? Your most scalable offer? If those are three different things, that’s the friction.

Here’s a 10-minute exercise: Step 1: List your top 3 income sources. Step 2: Circle the one that could realistically become 70% of your income. Step 3: Ask yourself: What would need to improve for that to happen?- Better offer? - Better positioning? - Better systems? - Better visibility? - Better pricing? Revenue follows focus.

- Starting in March, we will start weekly Monday Motivation Zooms for ALL Members, a little later in the day at 1pm US Eastern Time Zone. You don’t have to speak, but we will have a motivational speaker to get us pumped for the week ahead.
