Getting Pinterest To Track on Skool Analytics
a quick hack to get Skool to tell you that lead came from Pinterest -
https://skool.com/you-world-order?ref=YOURCODE&utm_source=pinterest&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=board_name&utm_content=pin_name
The important part is the ? right after your skool url. Then if you're referring to another group add your affiliate link (it's always the same no matter what the community) and then add the & sign stuff.
If you're not referring to another group it will look like this
?utm_source=pinterest&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=board_name&utm_content=pin_name
you will need to change up/add your "board_name" and "pin_name"
This might take an extra couple minute to do when creating pins but will give you a lot of data about what's working and not
Important tip - do not add any spaces - I know it looks like there are spaces but there are not.
I shared this in the Pinterest Skool community - but thought I'd share it here too as you can tag your Substack posts the same way (well not with the community url) but with the source, pin & board tags.
