Won a bid on my biggest house yet
Dave talked a few weeks ago about selling to rich people. I got a Meta lead from the owner of a 5,000 sq ft house worth north of $1.6M. Walked the house, quoted a high price, and the owner didn't even blink. He just shook my hand and asked when I was available to do the work. I wish every lead played out like that.
