Studio Slow is a slow living space where mindfulness, creativity and slow fashion meet. I'm Linda, a mindfulness teacher, coach and former textiles teacher with a fashion degree, teaching making in secondary schools. Studio Slow grew from a simple belief: making something slowly with your hands, and noticing how you feel while you do it, is one of the most restorative things you can offer yourself.
Inside, you'll find guided mindfulness meditations and visualisation, a monthly sew-along, and a live Q&A on nervous system awareness, creativity and making. You'll learn embroidery, natural dyeing, natural pigment printing and painting, and appliqué, plus patterns for turning clothes you already own into wearable art.
This is a space for women who feel depleted, disconnected, or quietly longing for a different pace, wanting to come back to themselves through their hands as much as their heads. No hustle, just a monthly rhythm to return to and a small community making alongside you.
