This course is focused on 4 primary lifts: squat, shoulder press, deadlift, and bench or floor press. Designed to be accessible to any level of experience, and can be completed with dumbbells or a barbell. Full 60-minute follow-along video classes, designed to be followed 2x/week for 8 weeks. (Or, compress it into 4 weeks by doing 4 sessions a week.)
