I help women 40+ who love Pilates add strength training at home through simple, structured workouts that build confidence lifting weights, without needing a gym.
I created Stronger Together as a supportive space for Pilates-minded women who want to feel stronger, more capable, and proud of their bodies in midlife. We’re here to learn, lift, and progress together.
