We exist to confront the global nursing shortage – projected to reach up to 13 million nurses short by 2030 – and the burnout, financial strain, and lack of support that push too many nurses out of the profession or keep aspiring nurses from ever starting. Our ecosystem has two sister entities working together: • StrongerNurse (for‑profit) – builds the pathway for nurses and aspiring nurses: education, mentorship, financial empowerment, and holistic wellness tools (including Stronger Nurse University–style learning, workshops, and coaching). • Stronger Nurse Stronger World (nonprofit) – removes the barriers so under‑resourced students can actually access that pathway: scholarships and wraparound supports for tuition gaps, books, uniforms, exam fees, childcare, transportation, mentorship access, financial literacy, and wellness support. Together, we’re here to keep nurses – and future nurses – rooted, resourced, and rising strong. WHO THIS NONPROFIT IS FOR The nonprofit community centers under‑resourced aspiring nurses, including: • Single mothers balancing family, work, and nursing school • First‑generation and low‑income students navigating college systems for the first time • Adult learners and caregivers returning to school • Pre‑nursing, LPN, ADN, and BSN students facing financial and life barriers And it also welcomes: • Current nurses who want to mentor or stay in the profession with more support
