If this position is off… everything built on top of it is unstable.

One of our go-to drills is the Weeble Wobble Drill.
It teaches:
✅ Proper foot positioning
✅ How to create a stable base
✅ Balance and body awareness
✅ Controlled movement under instability
It may look simple… but it builds the foundation every athlete needs.
Because before kids:

🏋️ Lift heavy
⚽ Compete
They NEED to learn how to control their body first.
That’s real physical literacy.
