Inside the Collective, members get access to a growing library of workouts, trainings, and educational resources to move through at their own pace, a supportive community to ask questions and share wins, live calls and office hours focused on education and clarity, and ongoing updates with new resources added regularly.
To join, members must complete membership questions, enrollment, and required paperwork before gaining access. This helps keep the space organized and supportive.
