My name is Chris Bounds, from Houston, TX.

I’m a real estate investor and the founder of Pathwaize - an AI operating system for real estate investors.

I've closed 900+ single-family and multifamily units, including over 200 flips - and raised over $20M in private capital to fund those deals. A few of those were held as STRs for a period of time. I

My primary focus now is helping investors implement AI and automation to close more deals with fewer tools and less chaos.

I’m a Christian, father, and fitness junkie (IRONMAN and 100k run finisher).
