Hello everyone I just join the community and I'm excited to be here. My name is Vivian and I'm in Houston Texas. My daughter who is a nurse, and I own 4 STR. Basically; I'm her co-host on Airbnb also I'm a realtor. We are looking to optimize what we have, and additional properties so we are looking to find the right tools and systems to help us achieve these goals. With the right systems in place, we want to increase our current property revenue by 20% in the next 90 days. I'm here to learn, grow, share, and connect so that I can be an asset. I'm grateful, for this platform and community and the great things that are ahead for us all.
