You have seen my ball sit up drill, this is my other go to Abb/ core work out, the Abb roller, one set of 20 then 2-3 sets of 5, it’s a must in Martial Arts, Core work 2-3 times a week. What is your go to core/ Abb training?
• Dynamic stretching • Conditioning • No pad work, all combo’s live, shin guards and gloves, making sure we are aiming at the right spots, getting used to punching and defending
