Peak 50 Workout Challenge (10 points)
You’ve got 2.5 minutes to do what most people won’t even dare to try—50 bicep curls at your 10-rep max weight. This isn’t about comfort. It’s about stepping into the fire and proving you can thrive in it. You’re not just lifting weights here; you’re lifting the limits off your mind.
Every rep is a battle, and the clock is your rival. You’ll want to quit, but remember—pain is temporary, and pride lasts forever. This challenge isn’t about muscles; it’s about mentality. Champions are built in moments like these, not in comfort zones.
When the timer starts, don’t just lift the weight—lift your standards. Crush your excuses. Embrace the grind, and watch as the person who finishes this challenge is stronger than the one who started.
Challenge:
  • Complete 50 bicep curls within 2.5 minutes. Resistance has to be your 10RM (Weight that you can perform max 10 reps with in a row).
  • You can have as much rest as you like in between reps, but you have to finish within 2.5 minutes
  • Post proof in the challenge submission thread. START POST WITH #PEAK50 !!!
  • (Easiest way is to post your video on youtube (in case you dont want others to see you can simple post as unlisted and link the video only in the community))
