Introduction

Hey everyone, my name is Mark and I’m a physical therapist in Las Vegas. I want to get my CSCS so I can fine tune my programming and bridge the gap between rehab and high performance training. I have attempted to study for the CSCS multiple times but fell of every time. So I am looking forwards to a little more structure to my studying.

I don’t have any pictures of me training but here is a picture of me getting a calf cramp at the finish line of a marathon.
