My goal is to make strength training approachable, safe, and effective for every person — especially those who have been told their pain means they “can’t” lift weights. My name is Raul Vazquez, and I’ve spent the last 20 years helping people overcome pain, rebuild their bodies, and gain strength they never thought possible. I have a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and I’ve spent years being mentored by Dr. David Middaugh, one of the leading physical therapists in the United States in combating osteoarthritis, reducing muscle imbalances, and helping people avoid unnecessary joint replacements.
