Welcome to Strength Training for Everyone, a community for people who want to get stronger, move better, and feel confident again at any age. Whether you’re dealing with back, hip, or knee pain, or you’re unsure how to start strength training, this is where you’ll learn to train safely and effectively. My name is Raul Vazquez, and I’ve spent 20 years helping adults overcome pain and get stronger. I hold a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and was mentored by Dr. David Middaugh, one of the leading physical therapists in the U.S. for osteoarthritis.
Here you’ll learn proper technique, what you should feel during exercises, how to avoid flare-ups, how to design and progress your training program, how to choose a great trainer, how to eat for strength, and how to build muscle after 40, 50, or 60.
