You need to educate—not scare—your clients. The reason you’re not selling is you haven’t been doing the right things for long enough. Period. You need 5 to stay alive. 5 renewable sources of prospecting with a game plan behind each of them. Example: 1-open house 2-FSBOs 3- expired listings 4- sphere 5- live events. There are many methods and these are not in order of best to worst. The plan that works is the one that you work.
