Hello everyone, I'm SO glad you made it here. For almost 30 years, I've been using genealogy tools to build family trees and to locate and investigate people. I build traditional family trees for clients who want to learn more about their history, and I help adoptees find their biological families by building trees using their DNA results. Relevant to this community, I love building family trees for investors. I love digging into title searches, investigating ownership, and profiling who the real decision maker is on a property. And once we identify the heir, I love strategizing with clients on the best approach to reach out and get the deal done. For a while, I've done individual and team trainings on how to use genealogy to improve deals and increase profit margins. But I realized a Skool community would be a much more efficient and interactive way to teach this than one off trainings, a place where I can share what I know, answer questions, break down real cases, and build this out with all of you as we go. If you've ever hit a dead end on a lead because the internet trail or skip tracing trail went cold, this is exactly the skill set that fixes that. I'm excited to dig into it with you. Drop a comment and let me know, how did you first discover the curative title world, and what made you decide to dive in?
