After my divorce, I knew something had to shift. I studied the science of happiness and I became a certified transformational trainer.
I started rising but then I started sabotaging myself. That’s when I realized: I had a fear of success. Now, I help women over 40 rise without shame, shine without fear, and stop repeating patterns that dim their light.
This movement is for the brave ones, women who’ve worked hard, stumbled more than once, and are now ready to choose happiness. We lead with kindness. We forgive. We grow.
Together, we rewrite the story for future generations, because happy people are more successful in everything they do. This is only the beginning. Now, we rise and we reclaim it all.
