- Played for a top program? Won big? That’s your calling card.
- 95% of D1 Female commits come from ECNL or GA leagues. Male it's MLS Next or ECNL Not in one? The road’s tougher, but not impossible.
Stand Out on the Field
- Showcase your strengths: speed, vision, leadership.
- Be vocal—lift your teammates, don’t tear them down.
- Mistakes happen. Coaches care more about how you recover.
Off the Field Counts Too
- Respect everyone—staff, players, counselors.
- Positive energy is contagious. Love the game, and it shows.
Follow Up
- After camp, send a thoughtful email. Reference a play or convo. Make it personal.
