Let’s Get the Conversation Started!
Hey everyone, hope you’re doing well! This community is really starting to grow—63 members and counting!
That’s amazing, but a community is only as strong as the conversations we have in it. So, let’s start talking and supporting each other!
The goal here is to create a space where we can openly discuss the recruiting journey. Let’s face it—it can be confusing, frustrating, and overwhelming at times. But the good news is, you’re not alone.
We’ve all got questions, stories, and challenges to share. My next goal is to get everyone engaging, asking questions, and kicking off some real conversations.

What’s been the most frustrating part of the recruiting journey for you so far?

- That creeping panic that it’s getting late in the process?
