I thought if I conformed to the ways of this world, I would be accepted, but I was wrong, so I decided to be just me. With all my imperfections, flaws, disabilities, being me was the right thing to do. No apologies, no worries, no thoughts of what if no one wants or love me. Because God spoke to my spirit and told me to remember who I am in him, I'm fearfully and wonderfully made in his image, I know who God says I am, and I am loved. Feels good to finally just be me.
