Step into 4ir is not a platform I am confident I can build alone; it's a community project led by God. Each and every one of you has a significant role to play in this amazing movement, and I sincerely hope you feel the leading and love of God as we continue to build this platform together.

We have 3 distinct sections:
- Work: for those interested in learning skills and getting paired with amazing businesses and companies around the world to solve their daily business needs.
- Business: run the businesses in the community, where our youth or work group will "voluntarily" or with a small payment assist, as they build their portfolio.
- Innovators: well-researched and experienced leaders who will, as a committee, build the cornerstone apps and businesses to grow and sustain our community.
