We have six companies within SteelPoint Capital Holdings that share clients, markets, and resources. The Portfolio Council is the structure that makes this platform intentional. It's how we share leads, solve problems together, hold each other accountable, and build something that's worth significantly more as a unified ecosystem than as six separate businesses running independently.
4x a year, we'll gather in person for a full-day Portfolio Council Summit before each of your company's EOS Quarterlies. By design, your planning should be informed by the platform picture first.
8x a year, we'll hold a 90-minute Collaboration Call. The call will have a standing agenda covering wins, a cross-company referral scoreboard, and topics where we can actually help each other compress time and scale.
1x a monrh, each company will also have a private 45-minute financial review with me, Jil, and Anthony. We get into your numbers, your challenges, and what SteelPoint Holdings can do to support you.
