On the braids of momentum we find ourselves entangled in, how we decide to look around when we look up determines much of where we continue to head.
Do we come up gasping for air, as if we've been drowning?
Or do we glance around with patience and grace, knowing the apparent path is the one we're most in alignment with.
Many times in my journey I looked up and around and down and back again - I confused myself with a myriad of self based trials, those of which mostly disoriented my larger goals.
Take the time to appreciate the hardest parts of the journey and to decompress when your body needs it.
