Whats your morning routine?
for me, I'm up around 5:30 - 6, hit 5 minutes of gratitude, 5 minutes of mindful stretching/breathing, brush my teeth and I'm out the door. I hit the gym, come back and get my mushroom coffee, protein shake and water ready and I get to work by 8/830.
