i worked for around 10 months inside a pretty big OFM agency under a known guy in the space.
I have a phone farm that's fully automated so scaling instagram/tiktok is not an issue.
we recruited models and scaled from 120k → 300k/month in 2 months.
i’m experienced with paid traffic, organic, recruitment, and i also have a fully automated phone farm (scaling instagram/tiktok is not an issue).
i’m technical too - sold my first startup at 16.
mainly looking for someone who’s skilled and serious
ideally sales/marketing background.
